This document is provided as a clear statement of how this store operates. It is not legal advice, and it is not individualised to your circumstances. Statutory rights that apply to you under consumer law are not affected by anything stated here.

Summary

This is the plain-English summary. The full terms are in LICENSE.md inside the download, and those are the terms that actually apply.

You may

• Use the prompts, templates, workflows, and checklists on an unlimited number of your own websites, applications, and commercial projects
• Use them on paid client work, and charge whatever you like for that service
• Modify, adapt, extend, and rewrite any file for your own use
• Keep and commercially exploit everything you produce with it — we claim no ownership over your output
• Include adapted material in a client deliverable where it forms part of the work product for that engagement
• Store your own copy across your own devices and backups

You may not

• Share, transfer, or give copies of the files to anyone else
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the product or a substantial part of it
• Upload the files anywhere public or shared — repositories, file-sharing services, communities, course platforms, membership sites
• Republish the material as your own prompt pack, course, or toolkit, including lightly edited or AI-rewritten versions
• Offer access to the original files as a bonus, lead magnet, or membership perk
• Share one licence across a team or agency

Teams and agencies

This is a single-user licence. It covers one individual. If more than one person at your organisation needs to use the files directly, each needs their own licence. Get in touch about multi-seat terms.

Ownership

The product is licensed, not sold. We retain copyright in the files. You own everything you create with them.

Updates

Updates within the same major version, where issued, are made available through your original purchase channel at no additional cost. We do not commit to any update schedule or to indefinite availability.

Trademarks

Site Builder Stack is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are product names and trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, referenced only to describe what this system is designed to work with. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
