Before you write

Two things answer most messages faster than we can:

• The FAQ on the homepage covers what is included, what you need to run it, licensing, delivery, and updates.
• If your download did not arrive, check your spam folder first — then write to us with your order number and we will resend it.

What to include

If your message is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. It saves a round trip.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. We are a small independent publisher, not a support desk, so we are honest about that rather than promising an hour.

Licensing and multi-seat

The standard licence covers one person across unlimited projects, including paid client work. If you need seats for a team or agency, write to us and say how many.

Privacy

Anything you send us is handled according to our privacy policy. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for support.

What we cannot help with

We cannot provide support for Claude Code itself, for Anthropic accounts or billing, or for third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or Cloudflare. Site Builder Stack is an independent product and is not affiliated with any of them. For Claude Code questions, Anthropic's documentation is at code.claude.com/docs.
