Terms of service

This document explains how this store operates. It is not legal advice and is not individualised to your circumstances. Statutory rights that apply to you under consumer law are not affected by anything stated here.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from Site Builder Stack. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products. Nothing is physically shipped. The product currently offered is The Claude Code Website Launch System: a collection of prompts, templates, workflows, and checklists supplied as a ZIP archive of Markdown files.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes added at checkout based on your location. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we make the download available.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where the product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or where supplying you would breach applicable law. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

4. Delivery

Access to the download is provided after payment is confirmed, by a link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for giving a working email address and for checking spam filtering. If your download does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it.

5. Licence

Your purchase grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of it. The full terms are in the LICENSE.md file inside the download and are summarised at Product Licence.

In short: one person, unlimited projects including paid client work, modify anything you like, keep everything you produce — but do not redistribute, resell, publish, or repackage the files themselves.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within the product remains our property or that of our licensors. You own the websites, code, content, and documents you produce using the product; we claim nothing in your output.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. What the product does and does not do

The product is a set of written instructions for directing Claude Code. It is not software, it does not run, and it does not build anything by itself.

We make no promise about search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversion rates, indexing, or any other business outcome. Output produced by any AI tool requires your review before it reaches production.

The security material does not constitute a penetration test or a security certification. The accessibility material does not constitute a formal conformance audit. Neither is legal advice.

9. Third-party services and trademarks

The product describes third-party platforms including Claude Code, Shopify, WordPress, Astro, GitHub, and Cloudflare. We are not affiliated with any of them, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Site Builder Stack is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are product names and trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the product.

11. Warranty

The product is supplied “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

15. General

If any provision is found unenforceable it is severed and the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
