Privacy Policy

This document is provided as a clear statement of how this store operates. It is not legal advice, and it is not individualised to your circumstances. Statutory rights that apply to you under consumer law are not affected by anything stated here.

Who we are

Site Builder Stack ("we", "us") publishes and sells The Claude Code Website Launch System, a downloadable digital product. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you buy something

To process an order we collect your name, email address, billing address, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored by us — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card for reference.

When you visit the site

Our store platform records standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time of visit. This is used to operate the store, detect fraud, and understand which pages are useful.

When you contact us

If you email us we keep the message and your address so we can reply and maintain a record of the conversation.

What we do not collect

We do not collect anything about how you use the product after you download it. The files contain no tracking, no telemetry, and no phone-home mechanism. Once the ZIP is on your machine, we have no visibility into it.

Why we process it

Purpose Basis
Fulfilling your order and delivering the download Performance of a contract
Sending order confirmations and delivery emails Performance of a contract
Fraud prevention and store security Legitimate interests
Understanding site usage in aggregate Legitimate interests, or consent where required
Meeting tax and accounting obligations Legal obligation
Marketing email, where you have opted in Consent

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only what each of them needs:

  • Our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders
  • Our payment processor, which handles the transaction
  • Our email provider, which sends order and delivery emails

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

The store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — keeping your cart, maintaining your session, and securing checkout. These cannot be turned off without breaking the store. Any analytics or marketing cookies, if used, are subject to consent where the law in your location requires it, and you can change your choice at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, which in most jurisdictions is several years. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for support. Analytics data is retained according to the platform's own retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to certain processing, or request that we transfer it elsewhere. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on our contact page. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The store runs over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant provider. We keep access to order data limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

Children

This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and change the date below. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
